NCEA Assessment Handbook for Parents and Students

18 May NCEA Assessment Handbook for Parents and Students

To all parents of students doing NCEA Level 1, 2, or 3 this year, the 2023 Student and Caregivers’ Assessment Handbook is now available. Forms for occasions such as missed assessments or appeals are found at the end of the booklet or by clicking here. This booklet contains guidelines that will help your child to achieve success in NCEA this year.

It is important that you/they are aware of your/their rights and responsibilities for assessment. The guidelines in this booklet apply to all the internal assessments, common tests, practice exams, and the work that you complete for external assessments like portfolios.

These resources and more information can be found on SchoolBridge, follow this link and select “NCEA Parent Information”.
