Three talented designers represented Pakūranga College across two entries at the Toi Wearable Arts Auckland Region competition, which was held on 11 June. Initially 22 students got involved in wearable arts at the college, before the very best design work was selected for entry into the competition.
Elaine Ye and Arya Upham, wearing Razzle Dazzle, were both awarded Excellence for Stage Presence, recognising their outstanding presentation on the runway.
Lily Jaksic was awarded Excellence for Exceptional Garment Construction, acknowledging the high level of technical skill demonstrated in her piece, Te Toa Tui.
Congratulations on these awesome achievements, we are so impressed by your work!
