Year 13 Physics students had the opportunity to visit Rainbow’s End to experience a wide variety of physics first-hand and to apply physics theory in a real-life context. Students collected data from various rides and completed a fun-filled series of physics-related questions about forces, motion, energy, and momentum.

Students worked collaboratively to analyse ride motions; estimate speeds, acceleration, and forces; and connect their observations to the physics principles studied in class. This trip provided a fantastic opportunity for them to deepen their understanding of how physics explains the world around us.
