To celebrate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, our Chinese Cultural Group organised a fun and hands-on mooncake-making session where students came together to make their own mooncakes to enjoy and share with their families.

Students had a variety of delicious fillings to choose from, including traditional favourites such as lotus and red bean, as well as creative combinations like taro, cream cheese with Oreo, and cream cheese with grape. It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, learning something new, and putting their own personal touch into their mooncakes.

Beyond making delicious treats, the session was a great opportunity for students to learn more about a traditional Chinese festival and experience an important part of Chinese culture together. The activity brought students together in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, creating lots of laughter and memorable moments along the way.

A huge thank you to our teacher in charge, Mrs Li, as well as Mrs Xu and our student leaders, for their help and support throughout the session. We hope everyone enjoyed making the mooncakes as much as we did!

中秋节快乐!
