1st XI Boys’ Football Top of the Table
After 10 league games, the 1st XI Boys’ Football team remains unbeaten and is sitting at the top of the A3 table!
Coach Sharp says, “It’s been an outstanding season so far, and the boys have put themselves in a strong position heading into the final stretch.”
The team’s next two fixtures against Kristen and Mount Roskill Grammar are huge, as those schools sit 2nd and 3rd on the table currently, with only three points separating 1st and 2nd! We’re backing you all the way to continue your unbeaten streak, boys!
Basketball
Well done to our Premier Boys’ Basketball team, who secured a 50-42 win against Botany Downs in their last game for Term 2. Nice work, boys!

Ultimate Frisbee
- Boys A, once again, cleaned up the competition! The team had a convincing 13-2 win over Westlake Boys A in the final, leading to a clean sweep of all Auckland and national competitions the boys played this year.
- Boys B had their best ever result, making it into the quarter-finals and narrowly missing out on semis with a 7-8 loss to Botany Downs. They ended the competition in 6th place out of 18!
- Boys C had a great time learning the ropes and putting up some great points against a lot of tougher and older teams. Their improvement was exceptional and they held their own in the competition!
Ka pai, everyone!
National Reps Soar in Spain
Our ultimate frisbee stars are back from the World Junior Ultimate Championships that took place in Logroño, Spain earlier this month! Andrew Snijders, Doris Wang, Maia Panton, and Billy Maui represented New Zealand at the event and had some incredible results.
- The men’s U20 Katipō placed 4th out of 19 teams, just defeated by Japan in the 3rd place final.
- The women’s U20 Kahu won three of their six pool games, moving on to win both their finals against Singapore and Colombia and claim 9th out of 14 teams in the Women’s Division.
A massive congratulations to these four talented students!
