Our annual Valentine’s Day fundraiser was held on Friday 13 February, where we raised an impressive $739.86 in support of the Heart Foundation. We collected money through the sale of Valentine’s balloons and roses to contribute towards heart health awareness while also capturing the essence of Valentine’s spirit!
Our hard-working Interact Council members volunteered their time after school to help with preparation and set-up before the event and on the day, balloons and roses were delivered to students by our executive members.
Students had a blast surprising their friends with thoughtful gifts, making the day loads of fun for all students. The event was a wonderful reminder of how small gestures can make a big impact!
The Interact Council would like to thank everyone who supported the fundraiser, whether by purchasing a balloon or rose, or by helping behind the scenes. Your generosity has allowed us to make a meaningful contribution to the Heart Foundation, a very noble cause.
