NCEA Examinations Start

November 6, 2015

Most students in Years 11 to 13 have exams in at least one subject.

A full timetable can be found here: NCEA Timetable

Parents and caregivers can help their children by double checking the date and times of each of their exams.

Study tips to help students prepare for exams can be found on the college Moodle page.

  • Students should attend exams in full uniform.  All equipment should be brought in a clear plastic bag.
  • Students must bring with them their ADMISSION SLIP.  The exam code on the top right corner of this slip allows students to identify which room and row they will be seated in.
  • Students should arrive 30 minutes before each exam and check the notices on the hall windows to locate their examination room and row.

Any Year 10 students sitting NCEA exams in one or two subjects have the day before the exam and the day of the exam to study at home.  Any Year 10 students sitting NCEA exams in three or more subjects are allowed study leave from Friday 6th November until their final exam.
