Providing a caring, personal and respectful environment
Our team is dedicated to the care and support of every international student who joins the Pakuranga College family. We have been hosting international students for 20 years and all school staff are involved in making our students’ experience as positive and beneficial as possible.
Students are placed into one of six ‘Houses’, each of which has a Dean, an Assistant Dean and a group of student Peer Support Leaders to provide help and guidance. Our international students are also able to speak to our International Student Deans if they need help.
In addition, have a team of youth workers and counsellors that is available for students who need confidential advice.
