Ashton Moana and Sione Vea, students from the Pegasus Department, have begun work experience at Creative Edge Food Company which is a privately owned wholesale bakery servicing cafes, restaurants, hotels, caterers and corporate clients.

Shona, their mentor, encourages the students to use their skills in a variety of ways including removing muffins from moulds and placing on trays for icing,  folding cake boxes, peeling bananas and making up cake mix ingredients.  The students do a fantastic job and really look forward to working hard each week. We are very thankful for the support that the company has shown.
