This programme focuses on conditioning our athletes here at the college for their upcoming seasons of sport.
It is a means to prevent injury, increase physical performance and allow us to compete at top level competition – allowing them to play harder for longer.

The initiative is two-fold:
‘Top team’ Conditioning
Individual Athlete conditioning
The major focus of the programme is our top-tier teams and encompasses pre-season and in-season training. Team folders are kept detailing athlete progression which is an aid to coaches, managers and players alike.
