Ultimate Frisbee
Despite wet and windy weather over the weekend, the Pakuranga College Ultimate Frisbee team went all out at the Auckland Junior Frisbee Outdoor Championships before electrical storms stopped play! The team displayed an awesome attitude in the soggy conditions, taking home the Spirit Award and a medal each. Ka pai team, amazing work!
Sports Director Named Coach of the Year
Clive Daniels, the Pakuranga College Director of Sport, has been named Coach of the Year at the recent Auckland Hockey Awards. Clive has been recognised for his outstanding work with the Auckland Men’s Hockey team, which he took to the National Hockey Championships in September. Congratulations Clive, it’s fantastic to have such experience leading our Sports Department!
